1. Handmade Products  

   All Berries & Cream press-on nails are handmade. Slight variations in color, design, or detail are natural and reflect the uniqueness of handmade artistry. Products are intended for cosmetic use only and are not edible.

   All orders must be paid in full at checkout. Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, sizing guides, and policies before purchase. Orders cannot be canceled once placed.

3. Returns & Refunds  

   Due to the custom, handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds. Please contact us with any questions.

4. Shipping & Delivery  

   Processing times vary depending on order volume and design complexity. Once shipped, delivery speed and reliability are the responsibility of the carrier. Berries & Cream is not liable for lost, delayed, or damaged packages. Tracking information will be provided.

   Nail care kit tools, including nail glue, are provided as a convenience. Berries & Cream is not responsible for the quality, performance, or improper use of these items. Customers may choose to use alternative products at their discretion.

6. Intellectual Property  

   All designs, branding, and content are original to Berries & Cream. While inspired by pop culture, we are not affiliated with or endorsed by any franchise or trademark owners. Customers may not reproduce, resell, or distribute our designs without permission.

   Berries & Cream is not responsible for any damage, allergic reactions, or issues arising from improper use or application of our products. Customers are advised to follow instructions carefully and discontinue use if irritation occurs.
