Shipping policy

All Berries & Cream press-on nails are handmade to order. Processing times may vary depending on order volume and design complexity. While we strive to create and ship quickly, please remember that each set is painted by hand and requires time and care.

Once an order has been shipped, delivery speed is determined by the carrier. Berries & Cream cannot guarantee exact arrival dates and is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, weather, or other factors beyond our control. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that processing and shipping times may vary and that delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.
