Returns & Refunds Policy
Due to the handmade and custom nature of Berries & Cream press-on nails, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds. Each set is created with care and artistry, and slight variations are part of the uniqueness of handmade work.
Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, sizing guides, and care instructions prior to purchase. Please ensure that you select the correct nail sizes, styles, and designs before placing your order. Berries & Cream cannot be held liable for sizing errors, personal preference changes, or dissatisfaction resulting from failure to follow provided guidance.
Once an order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, Berries & Cream is no longer responsible for the package. Any delays, losses, or damages that occur during transit are the responsibility of the shipping carrier. Customers should contact the carrier directly with their tracking number to resolve delivery issues.
Cancellation Policy
Because each set of Berries & Cream press-on nails is handmade to order, we cannot accept cancellations once an order has been placed. Production begins immediately after purchase, and materials are allocated specifically for your design.
Customers are encouraged to review product descriptions, sizing guides, and policies carefully before completing checkout. By placing your order, you acknowledge and agree that cancellations are not permitted under any circumstances.
Sizing Policy
To ensure the best fit, all customers must purchase a sizing kit before ordering custom press-on nails. It is the customer’s responsibility to size their nails accurately and provide the correct measurements. Berries & Cream will create sets based solely on the sizes provided by the customer and cannot be held responsible for sizing errors.
If a customer is between two sizes, we recommend sizing up. Orders cannot begin until the correct sizing information has been submitted. Failure to provide sizing details will delay production. Sizes often differ based on nail shape, so please purchase the correct sizing kit to ensure accurate sizing.
Payment Policy
All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Berries & Cream accepts the payment methods provided at checkout (such as credit/debit cards, PayPal, or other secure processors). Orders will not be processed or shipped until payment has been successfully received.
Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or fees associated with their purchase. Berries & Cream reserves the right to cancel any order if payment is not authorized or if fraudulent activity is suspected.
